From complexity to CLEAR.

The CLEAR Method™

From complexity to CLEAR.

PI Simplified uses the CLEAR Method™, a structured approach for understanding, improving and continuously strengthening organisational processes.

We don't automate broken processes.

We understand them, improve them, and then apply technology where it makes sense.

  1. C

    C — CAPTURE

    Capture the current process.

Understand how work actually happens across people, departments, systems and decision points.

  2. L

    L — LOCATE

Locate delays, waste, risks and bottlenecks.

Identify where work slows down, breaks down, gets duplicated or creates unnecessary risk.

  3. E

    E — ENGINEER

    Engineer a better workflow.

Redesign the process to improve flow, clarify responsibility, strengthen controls and remove unnecessary complexity.

  4. A

    A — AUTOMATE

    Automate where technology creates value.

Only after improving the process, determine where digital workflows, automation, AI or other technology can improve performance.

  5. R

    R — REVIEW

    Review performance and continuously improve.

Measure whether the redesigned process is delivering the intended results and continue improving it over time.

What better flow looks like

Original process

A fragmented journey where duplication and missing information create delay.

  1. Patient arrives
  2. Multiple forms
  3. Repeated data entry
  4. Unclear queue
  5. Department handoff
  6. Missing information
  7. Follow-up calls
  8. Claim correction
  9. Delayed reimbursement

Change made visible

  • Remove duplication
  • Clarify ownership
  • Strengthen handoff
  • Reduce rework
  • Create visibility
How an engagement can start

Start with the problem, not the solution.

Begin where the need is greatest. This is a potential improvement journey, not a rigid six-step consulting package.

Where is work getting stuck in your organisation?

If patient delays, claim rejections, broken handoffs or inefficient workflows are affecting performance, let's start by understanding the process.
